What is Sky Bingo Gems?

How can I track my progress?

You can track your progress in your Loyalty Points account, within the promotions tab (in the Bingo lobby). This shows a record of your current loyalty level, how many points you have and how many points you need to move to the next level.

How do I earn points?

You can earn points by playing on bingo and bingo mini games. If you click on "how to earn points" (within your Loyalty Points account) you will be able to see how many points you can earn by playing on different games. And it becomes easier and easier to earn points as you move further up the levels.

Tell me more about the different Loyalty Levels

Everyone starts at Level One - the "Pearl" level. By earning points you can move up towards the top "Diamond" Level, in between are "Sapphire", "Ruby" and "Emerald".

You must earn a minimum number of loyalty points in a calendar month to remain at your current level or you will be moved down a level at the end of the month. As you reach new levels it will become easier to earn more loyalty points.

What can I do with my points?

Visit the Points Store to exchange your loyalty points for bingo bonuses or cash. And don't worry - redeeming points has no effect on your progress through the loyalty levels.  We will be expanding on this in the future and offering more rewards and prizes.
