Virgin Casino has announced the launch of its superbly revamped and pimped up site. Greatly superior to the rather old and dated site, this is the first complete rebuild since it was launched in 2004. There are some neat new features that include a search games button, allowing players to view games by selecting the 'grid' or 'list' view in the game filter bar. Turning our focus onto a website redesign after such an influx of content has been a natural progression for the business”. He then goes on to say that the feedback they have received about their new site has been overwhelmingly positive and that listening to customers’ needs, requirements and preferences definitely pays dividends.
It has been reported in the press that the redevelopment of the Virgin Casino took over six months and was completely driven by customer feedback. It’s nice to know that those behind the Virgin Brand place so much importance on the player and want to create an online casino that is player friendly and relevant to the online casino player.
